LG Subscribe is offered under fixed-term subscription plans.

• 5-Year Plan – 60 months
• 7-Year Plan – 84 months

Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan, product, promotion, and applicable LG Subscribe terms and conditions.

Payments that have already been successfully processed are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable Malaysian law or where a refund is approved due to a verified billing or payment error.

The 5-Year and 7-Year LG Subscribe plans are fixed-term subscription plans.

Customers who wish to cancel or terminate their subscription before the end of the selected subscription period should contact us or the relevant LG customer service team for assistance.

Any cancellation, early termination, transfer of ownership, settlement of the remaining subscription amount, or other contractual arrangement will be subject to the applicable LG Subscribe Terms & Conditions.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel or waive any remaining payments, outstanding amounts, or contractual obligations under the subscription agreement.
